Robotic Process Automation - a way to minimize repetitive business processes

When we designed our first automation in 2008, we did not know that only a few years later we would create Archee robots that support the most important Polish and foreign companies. Currently, nearly 160 of our robots facilitate our clients' daily work.

What is Robotic Process Automation?

RPA is a tool that automates repetitive business processes such as invoicing, bonus calculation or reporting, and is mostly used areas of finance, IT, HR and commercial departments. These types of solutions can operate independently, become active only when specific conditions are met or be launched on demand by a human.



When and where to use RPA?

Robots can automate various, often very complex processes, depending on the client's needs. They are best suited for time-consuming, repetitive tasks that require human work only at the level of data analysis, decision making and customer interaction.

Thanks to the implementation of automation, employees can focus on more demanding and creative tasks. The most important benefits of RPA are acceleration, optimization and reduction of errors in processes.



Control

Many companies decide to automate between several and several dozen processes. To enable convenient control of all robots in real time, we created a Management Center. It is available through a web browser from anywhere in the world. Here, the client can check who launched a particular robot or when an important report will be delivered, as well as to verify the level of automation in the company or the profitability of robots.
